Welcome to PDE Academy (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding contract between you and Performance Digital Entertainment LLC (“Creator,” “we,” or “us”) regarding your use of the Service provided through https://pdeacademy.org.

PDE Academy is an educational and community platform specializing in automotive engineering and performance. We offer:
•Digital Products: Technical guides, manuals, and downloadable content (e.g., "LS Swap Low Cost Guide" ).
•Memberships: Tiered subscription levels (Aprendiz, Tech, Master) providing exclusive access to community features, private content, and discounts.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that your use complies with all applicable laws.
3. Accounts and Registration
To access memberships and certain digital products, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@pdeacademy.org.
4. Payment Terms
•Currency: All fees are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified by the currency selector.
•Pricing: We reserve the right to change pricing for any Product or Membership with advance notice.
•Authorization: You authorize us and our third-party processors (e.g., Fourthwall, Stripe) to charge your specified payment method for all purchases and recurring subscriptions.
5. Memberships and Recurring Billing
•Automatic Renewal: Memberships include automatically recurring payments. Your account will be charged on the "Membership Billing Date" for the next period unless cancelled.
•Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time through the Billing tab in your profile or by emailing info@pdeacademy.com.

6. Digital Products and Refund Policy
•Nature of Products: Most products sold on PDE Academy are Digital Products (downloads or online access).
•Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products and membership fees are final and non-refundable once access is granted or the file is downloaded.
•Defective Content: If a digital file is corrupted or technically inaccessible, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase.
7. Intellectual Property and Licenses
•Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to access the content you have purchased or subscribed to.
•Restrictions: You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any materials (guides, videos, private posts) obtained through PDE Academy. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination without refund and potential legal action.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
•Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
•Share membership access with non-members.
•Interfere with the security features of the site.
•Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service and all materials are provided "as is." Performance Digital Entertainment LLC is not liable for any mechanical damage, personal injury, or financial loss resulting from the application of technical information provided in our guides. Automotive work is inherently dangerous; users perform modifications at their own risk.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
