At PDE Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality technical education and community access. Because our primary offerings are digital products and memberships, our policies differ from traditional physical goods stores.
1. Digital Products (Guides & Manuals)
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products (PDF guides, technical manuals, etc.) are final and non-refundable once the purchase is complete and access is granted.
Quality Issues / Technical Problems
If you experience any issues accessing your digital product (e.g., corrupted file, link not working), please contact us at info@pdeacademy.org within 30 days of purchase. We will ensure you receive a working copy or resolve the technical barrier immediately.
2. Membership Subscriptions
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership at any time through the Billing section in your user profile.
•Effect of Cancellation: Your access to member-only content and perks will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
•Renewal: Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew for the next period.
Refund Policy
Membership fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription period. If you wish to avoid being charged for the next cycle, please ensure you cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Depending on your location, local payment methods may also be available at checkout.
Security
All transactions are encrypted and processed through secure third-party partners (Stripe/PayPal/Fourthwall). We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

How do I access my digital guides?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your purchased guides at any time by logging into your account on pdeacademy.org.
Can I share my guide or membership with a friend?
No. All content provided by PDE Academy is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling our technical guides or membership access is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
I have a technical question about a guide. Where do I go?
If you are a member (Aprendiz, Tech, or Master), the best place to ask is in our Private Community. For Master members, you also have access to monthly Q&A sessions. For general support, email us at info@pdeacademy.org.
What happens if I cancel my Master membership?
You will retain your Master perks (including the exclusive badge and access to past livestreams) until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to a free tier, and you will lose access to restricted content.
